The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with other staff members, volunteers, donors, grant givers and supporters.
• Good understanding of data bases and record keeping
• At least 3 years experience in communications, marketing and fundraising.
• An understanding and good track record of writing grant proposals.
• An understanding of development issues, previous knowledge of Cambodia would be an advantage.
• A strong belief in inclusion and promoting disability and education.
• A good understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding
• Proven ability in MS Office, social media platforms, Mailchimp
• Fluent written and spoken English, spoken Khmer an advantage but not necessary
